Great guest house. Clean, cosy, and quiet. Friendly hosts, comfortable rooms, and a warm atmosphere. A very nice place to stay.
We needed a late last minute place for the night and we came across this guest house. Zorain was very accommodating and welcoming. The room and the bathroom were both tidy and clean. Unfortunately we missed the breakfast but we were allowed to make our own toast and avocado. They provide coffee, teas and biscuits and they have a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave too. I'd definitely stay here again.
Seriously don’t understand all these bad reviews. Absolute nonsense. On arrival, we were approached by this polite kind man. He gave us our keys and showed us to our room. He kept asking if we needed anything and how the room was. He let us know there is breakfast. We booked the room with a private bathroom. It was all clean, the sheets and towels had no stains on. The beds were super comfy. Overall it was very clean. The man was such a lovely person. He was never once rude and had a smile on his face the whole time, so I’m confused about these reviews? We had came back from a festival and had dry mud in the room, we went down to ask if we could have a brush to clean it up and he insisted it was okay and he will sort it. Our payment also didn’t go through as we couldn’t connect our card so he waited until 12am the first night and let us sort it then. Would definitely stay again as it was £65 each for 2 nights and the owner was super kind and helpful
Nice place to stay with all you need! Toilet, bed and kitchen! For some people the location will be not so good, but for us it was great. Two buses to airport. One bus to Edinburgh. Nice staff. Kitchen with all you need. Comfortable and clean room.
We stayed for a night, the room was very clean and all the necessary items were kept in the room before our arrival. The staff was very friendly and helping. The stay is just 30mins drive to Edinburgh. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Stayed for 3 days at Queensferry Guest House, Rosyth (Edinburgh) and had a very pleasant experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well located. Special thanks to the receptionist and the owner Mr. Zorain — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Made the stay easy and relaxed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Really lovely place, stayed for two nights in a double room, the staff member we met was absolutely lovely (thank you!) he offered us some coffee or tea as soon as we arrived, walked us to our room and explained the facilities. Felt very welcoming and calm, the rooms are lovely too, very comfortable. Thank you! Would stay again
I had a great time staying here. They were very accommodating and kind, my bed/room were comfortable. There’s a bar, several restaurants, and several markets nearby.
